Our paver warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 21 years from the date of project completion. This includes issues like shifting, settling beyond normal tolerances, and joint failure – provided the installation was not damaged by unauthorized modifications, heavy equipment, or natural events outside normal conditions.

If a covered issue occurs, we assess the situation, determine the cause, and make repairs at no cost. This warranty reflects our confidence in the base preparation, materials, and installation methods we use on every paver project.

90-Day Landscape Warranty

Our landscape warranty covers plants, sod, and installed materials for 90 days from project completion. If plants fail to establish, sod doesn’t take, or installed components show defects within the warranty window, we replace them.

This warranty is contingent on following the watering schedule and care instructions we provide at project handoff. We set you up for success with clear guidance on irrigation timing, seasonal adjustments, and plant care – so your new landscape thrives long after the warranty period ends.

Important Warranty Conditions
To keep your 21-Year Warranty in full effect, proper ongoing care is essential. We require documented maintenance records from a licensed landscaping contractor or maintenance professional working in partnership with you.
Examples of required maintenance include:

• Sod, Plants & Irrigation: Monthly professional service records showing that a licensed technician has been caring for the landscape—watering on schedule, checking irrigation performance, fertilizing appropriately, pruning, and addressing any issues promptly to ensure healthy establishment and long-term vitality.
• Paver & Hardscape Installations: Regular professional upkeep documented with records of re-sanding joints, weed removal, joint stabilization, and cleaning to prevent shifting, settling, or weed intrusion. These steps are critical to maintaining the beauty and structural integrity of your hardscapes.

We’re happy to recommend trusted licensed maintenance partners if needed, or you can use your own qualified professional. As long as the required maintenance is performed and properly documented, your warranty remains fully active for 21 years.
